Quotation - Please Provide the Following Information:

• Type of material to be cut.  Send sample and if requested Alfa will return it to show the quality of cut.

• Material size: maximum and minimum thickness and maximum width

• Condition of material at the time of cutting, i.e. temperature, curl, tacky, etc.

• Air, electric or hydraulic operation.  If electric state special requirements.

• Special features required:  clamp, stacking, custom guards, tables, conveyors, etc.

Information Required for Automatic Operation:

• Length of piece to be cut.

• Permissible variation from desired length - plus and minus

• Production required (pieces or feet per minute).

• Form of material, i.e. sheets, bolts, rolls or endless strand from another machine.

• If fed from another machine, maximum and minimum feet per minute.
